SHIPPING FROM UK TO IRELAND

Thanks for being a part of the KOVA family over here in the UK and for buying from our store! We love our Irish customers, your support means a lot to us.

The process for buying merchandise if you live over in Ireland is a bit different to the UK, so we wanted to let you know how this will work.

Customs Charges

Customs Charges are not paid here at checkout, but when your gifts arrive at the mail sorting office in Ireland. 

These charges will include Irish VAT and a customs office admin fee. For orders over $150 Customs Duty will also be due.

How to Pay Customs Charges

Once your gifts arrive in Ireland, you will be either be sent an email or a card in the post showing the amount to pay and details of how to pay - you will be able to pay online using a debit/credit card or Paypal account or by post.

Once you’ve made the payment, the gifts will be sent to you!
